Manor House Oak natural
This is another one of our best selling Manor House range of Oak boards.
Hand sanded wide oak clear oiled to keep the natural look of oak.
The boards we use are hand sanded to retain all the natural undulations and knots and cracks.These can be filled or left open.Also we can deep brush the boards if you want a textured finish or scrape them.Looks fantastic in random widths up to 14 inches.
As with all out other premium range boards you can specify long lengths to get a real old look to your floor
As these boards are only machined flat on the underside and not on the face, this means that the thickness can vary from approx 24mm at the sides to sometimes 29mm in the centre.These undulations give a very traditional look to the floor and these contours are hand sanded to make sure the boards are smooth.but if you want a very flat and machined finish to your floor then these boards are not for you.
Also ,as this is a totally bespoke floor ,then sample panels need to be purchased when clients can't visit us and these must be signed off before we embark on the order.Costs of preparing the samples will be deducted from the final bill if an order is placed.
This is a very unique floor and needs expert fitters to lay, with a good understanding of working with a product like this
This is not like laying an engineered or standard tongue and grooved board.
